Richmond, Minnesota

Richmond, MN, was platted in 1856 by Reuben Richardson, a farmer and legislator from Sauk Rapids. Settled primarily by German immigrants, the community was formally incorporated as Torah in 1890 before officially reclaiming the name Richmond in 1909. Today, it remains a historic hub and gateway to the Horseshoe Chain of Lakes.
